I love food. It stems from the quite asian roots of having food as the most visible love language. More reoccuring and as fleeting nevertheless. It has the ability to bring people together. Sit down

There's one point during my college live where I sat down with an exchange student in Malaysia. It was in Gunma, we're in an onsen after a trip with our sakuru. We were talking about food and he said that food is central to his culture (Malaysian / chinese). It;s where every important decision were being made. Where every family events happens. Memories. I am writing this because I haven't remember this in a while and I want to remember this memory. I don't want to let it go. The chilld air. My skin burnt after dipping into a boiling hot water. Waft of sulfur in the air. The chilled Fall night.

THe love of food comes as I grew up. It's always a feast, a celebration. The appreciation comes with age. I fucking hate that a lot of my sentences does reek of AI generated sentences. As I'm doing things with AI outside of my writing, I am ,inevitably, consuming the prose of the machine. God. Every writing session I need to write things out until I have let all the forms out of my psyche. And then refill it with something more organic. All the writers that I follow dearly. ALl the beautiful music that I let seeping and reverberating in my skull.
